Shipping

In stock items please allow 1-3 business days to ship.

Personalized embroidery orders please allow up to 7 business days to ship.

Custom product run Lead time is on a project by project basis, and we will clarify together. Let's discuss the variables of production and your wants and needs.

Returns

Stock items    Returns allowed within 7 days of receipt, and in original condition.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer and original shipping charges will not be refunded.  Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded.

Personalized embroidered or printed goods  We do not accept returns on personalized items.  Please triple check your selection of font, color, text and spelling to avoid mistakes.

Customization

We offer custom cut and sew services if you are looking to change our product specifications to suit your needs.  We also offer cut and sew for your unique goods.  Customization requires a minimum order quantity which is determined on a project by project basis.  Let's discuss your vision!
